We’re particularly passionate about supporting local and regional non-profits, small businesses, associations, and community groups in the picturesque landscapes of Northern Arizona. Because in our view, the perfect blend of state-of-the-art technology and a touch of high country charm is the recipe for success.
Leading the charge is our owner—a seasoned internet content and service pioneer. He has served as the top IT director/manager for a county government, a regional mental health agency, a school district, and multiple business call centers. He also founded a non-profit, community-supported internet service provider (ISP) company serving other non-profits. After a remarkable 25+-year career, he has returned to the IT support industry in Northern Arizona. His diverse experience includes IT leadership roles in education, government, medical, small business, telecommunications, and manufacturing. And yes, he also worked as a disaster IT specialist with FEMA (Department of Homeland Security). Beyond the tech realm, our owner wears many hats, including community development roles, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, and two additional years toward a Master’s in Community Development based on technology adoption.
On the technical side, he holds a variety of technical certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A+ Associate, CompTIA Network+ Associate, CompTIA Server+ Associate, and a graduate of APC/Schneider Electric’s Data Center University Associate.
When he is not working with clients our owner continues to volunteer locally and nationally as a disaster services technology specialist with the American Red Cross. He is also a volunteer ranger with the National Park Service and US Forest Service, plus he serves with the local county Search and Rescue unit. Because let’s face it, he is multidisciplined — and just good at knowing solutions to unexpected problems in many situations and fixing them with adept skills and understanding.
